There is only 1 week left before the 3rd Annual Frosty 5K.
There is still plenty of time to sign up and support the Kempsville Lions Club. All forms are on our website: www.kempsvillelionsclub.org so download, fill out and submit.
For your convenience our crew will be at Running Etc. on January 11, 2013, from 3:00pm - 7:00pm, a day before the race to register people and hand out runner's packs.
Can't make it? Don't sweat it. You can register on the day of the race.
This year we have a new venue - The Virginia Beach Sportsplex. This promises to be a great new place for our run.
